A company’s human capital is its most valuable asset and a leading factor for success. FairKlima has a diverse team with 40 staff coming from Europe, American and Asia who all contribute with different educational backgrounds and life experiences.

• International | We recognize the importance that different cultural backgrounds may have on the success of both domestic and international projects. At this stage, 20% of our team members come from Europe and America, 80% come from mainland China and Asia.
• Education | Quality education represents a key factor for the good management of a company. All permanent employees at FairKlima hold Bachelor’s Degrees, while 50% of our team holds a Masters Degree from a wide range of academic backgrounds. The team can operate in English, Chinese, Korean and French.
